Ghost agents who do not exist
Live
Every agent and landlord must upload a National ID and a selfie, both manually reviewed by our team before any listing can go live. An EAC license number can also be supplied; it is self-declared and we do not yet verify it with EACZ.

How Trust Scores work

Every listing gets a score based on checks we actually perform. A reviewer approves the National ID, an automated check screens the ID document, and the phone number is verified by SMS. Checks we have not built yet are greyed out below, and they score nothing.

National ID checked by a reviewer
ID document screened automatically
Phone number verified by SMS
EAC license number on file (self-declared, not verified with EACZ)
Selfie matched to ID (biometric match) — in development
Title deed authenticated — in development
