Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
How does KYC verification work?
You upload your National ID and a selfie. Our AI does an initial check, then a human reviewer approves within 24 hours. This is required before any listing goes live.
Do you take commission on sales?
No. Zim Estates is a listing platform. We connect buyers and sellers directly. We never handle money or take commission on transactions.
