Zim Estates is Zimbabwe's first KYC-verified property marketplace. We built it because property fraud was destroying trust in one of the most important markets in the country.
Why we built this
Property fraud is one of the most damaging problems in Zimbabwe’s property market. Ghost agents. Stolen deposits. Fake title deeds. Double sales. Almost every one of those scams is preventable.
Every agent on Zim Estates has uploaded their National ID, selfie, and EAC license number. Every listing has a Trust Score computed from independent checks, and every listing is reviewed by our trust team before it goes live. We did not build another classified site. We built trust infrastructure for Zimbabwe property.
Our principles
Verification before listing
No one lists on Zim Estates without uploading their National ID, passing a selfie check, and confirming their phone number. Agents also provide their EAC license number which we verify independently.
Direct connection only
We never handle money. We never take commission. We connect buyers and sellers directly via WhatsApp or call. You pay the seller, not us.
Transparent pricing
Our pricing is public, fixed, and simple. No hidden fees. No percentage of sale. No surprise charges. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay.
Built for Zimbabwe, not for export
We are not a global platform that added Zimbabwe to a dropdown. We built this specifically for how Zimbabweans buy and rent property, EcoCash payments, WhatsApp-first communication, borehole and solar as standard filters.
